Shoreline Times – a top news source for happenings along the Connecticut Shoreline – featured Sea House in its online and print editions. Shoreline Times writer Sarah Page Kyrcz detailed the restaurant concept and more. An excerpt appears here:
With a focus on seafood dishes, owners of Guilford's South Lane Bistro will open a new restaurant, Sea House, at the location of the former Madison Coffee Shop, which closed Christmas Eve.
"I think it's going to be a really nice experience for people who want to share some of the type of experiences that they've had at South Lane, but with a bit of a different twist in Madison," said owner Ariel Miller.
The restaurant, a partnership between Miller, her husband, Walter Miller, Robert Celentano and Grant Copeland, is expected to open in [November].
"The Sea House will offer a menu that's a little bit more subtly seafood centric," Ariel Miller said. "We do offer seafood at South Lane, we'll offer a little bit more of it at Sea House and kind of keep with the idea of what we're doing there."
